I Was Involved In A Traumatic Event Myself
In my childhood years, I had taken an educational school trip on a cruise ship, called the Jupiter. Unfortunately, it was hit almost as soon as we had departed and only a mile off shore by a car carrier.
I was pulled underneath as the ship, and nearly drowned, going down so far that after what seems like ages of trying to reach the surface of the water, I felt as if I had lost consciousness.
As a result of this experience I suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
It was through working through my own struggles, that I was able to see how ineffective most traditional therapies are for solving any sort of deep seeded or “sticky” traumas of the mind.
It Became My Goal In Life To Find What Really Works In Therapy, And Then Deliver It In The Fastest Way Possible.
And it’s this passion that drove me to create my proprietary 6-Session Transformational Framework Process: a results driven, dynamic hypnotic approach that is life-changing.

Which makes perfect sense, as hypnosis is often a new concept to most.
This is what you can expect in your first session:
We begin by meeting for a 1-hour Session. This is your opportunity to tell me more about yourself and your goals, to ask questions and to feel comfortable with the process.
I will also explain how Hypnosis works and how it can help you.
For me this is the time to gather all the information, so that I can tailor the Hypnotherapy sessions to you specifically.
Everything that you want to improve upon is then addressed in the following Hypnotherapy Sessions, as every Hypnotherapy Session is different and designed to address your concerns.
